Hello everyone!

Hard to believe we’re already in mid-September! The start of another softball season is right around the corner, and things are looking great for GCSA.

We had an excellent registration turnout — and our numbers are actually UP! 🎉

At this point we are just shy of 50 players and even better, we have 8 new players joining us this season. That means the recruiting effort really paid off!  Because our numbers are up, we’ve added a new 55+ team(THUNDER) on Thursdays for the winter season.  A big THANK YOU to everyone who helped spread the word, talked up the organization, and encouraged new players to give us a try.  We appreciate your efforts!

Welcome to GCSA! We’re glad to have you aboard and look forward to seeing all of you out on the field.

A reminder to all registered players – when you arrive at the park, please visit Dave Charlebois at 366 New Mexico (call or text 916-501-7000) to pay your annual dues($35). Dave will then provide you with your uniform at that time.

⚾ Team Managers Needed

We’ve also had several members step up to volunteer as team managers—thank you to everyone who has offered to help!

If you’re interested in managing a team, please submit your name and the team you’d like to manage to Jim Bellaire.

We still have an OPEN spot for the Fall Thursday team, so if you’re willing to take the reins, please let Jim know.
